A 1970 documentary by Eugene McCreary and Seymour Drescher, Emeritus Professor in the Departments of History and Sociology at the University of Pittsburgh. Professor Drescher discusses the origins of the documentary in the final five minutes of his George L. Mosse Oral History Project interview here: https://youtu.be/eTCXq83ouAw.
Drescher was a PhD student of George L. Mosse, and author of Abolition: A History of Slavery and Antislavery. The film looks at the student and worker upheaval in France in May, 1968.
